Oval, 76 x 38 mm, breathable cotton.
30 nasal strips
60 x 22 mm, shaped to sit across the nose.

Strip on the nose
Clean, dry skin. Press across the bridge of the nose.
Tape on the lips
Close your lips and place the tape over the centre.
Peel off in the morning
Lift from one corner and peel slowly.

Questions
Strong or Gentle Hold?
Strong Hold is our firmest adhesive. Gentle Hold uses a lighter adhesive, a good start if you're new to mouth tape.
What is Vented?
The same oval tape with a narrow slit in the centre, so a little air can pass through.
How do I take it off?
It's designed to peel off gently. Lift from one corner and peel slowly, and wet the edges with warm water if needed.
Who shouldn't use it?
It's for adults only. Don't use it if you can't breathe comfortably through your nose. See the safe use guide.
